New book on Pre-sale – The Photograph

It’s been a heck of a year so far for me. I moved up the schedule of several of my writing projects and I quit my job. No can say I don’t live life courageously because I sure as hell do.

One of the projects moved up is the Photograph. It’s a contemporary erotic romance about a model who becomes a little obsessed with a beautiful photographer. I’ll put the links to the book at the end of this so you can check it out if you’re so inclined.

If you haven’t found me on Facebook yet, please do.

I’m thinking about starting a private group for my readers where we can have a good time and not be accused of behaving badly. I put it out to my mailing list and I’m going to see what happens. If no one responds to it. I’ll scrap the idea for now.

This post is supposed to be about The Photograph, so let’s talk about the book. Specifically what inspired it. I wanted to share with you the story behind The Photograph. Some of you may be wondering why I wrote a book that’s not paranormal. I usually write paranormal, it’s my thing.

I kind of did it on a dare.

As a fun thing to do every Friday, one of my co-workers used to scour the web and send a few of us beefcake photos to brighten our day. One particular photo she sent had me saying, “Well, now there’s a story.” Somebody said, “You totally should write it.” So I did.

I have no idea who the model is or who took the photo. I just liked the results. You can take a look for yourself and decide why I would find such a photo inspiring.

The book is on pre-sale for 99 cents and will be until March 3rd. After that the price goes up to $2.99. If you’re interested in getting the book, get your copy before the price goes up.

I’m also doing an experiment on getting reviews for this book. I’m asking readers to sign up to get Advanced Reader Copies (ARC’s) to read and post reviews between February 28th when the book goes live to March 2nd. There are rules to getting an ARC. Check the post on my FB page if you’re interested and maybe you can get this shiny new book for free.

The last thing I want to say about The Photograph is that the book trailer for it has been uploaded to YouTube today. If you’re curious about it, here it is. The Photograph Book Trailer

As always I’m grateful for the support and I hope life is treating you well. I’m flying by the seat of my pants right now, but at least I’m flying.
